'Baseline Service' refers to basic and fundamental services.

This refers to the most basic or widely used service level offered by a company, generally designed to meet the basic needs of customers.

In particular, in technology companies, it is used to represent the basic level of services currently offered in the market, contrasting with more advanced or future innovative technologies or products.

It can be used to describe the relatively simple or basic current state of services in comparison to the advanced technology or vision held by the company.
